Design

Our Drawing & Design office is led by a trained Mechanical Engineer who not only maintains tight quality control over each component but also continually engages with our valued customers to enhance design to meet their needs. All designs were created using 3D Solid Modeling and Finite Element Analysis. We also have in-house design development software that allows us to design and calculate all essential parameters in accordance with IS standards. Gear Box

We construct our own gear boxes, as described below.

All of the gear boxes used in hoisting, L.T., and C.T. are horizontal shaft helical gears with a strong and solid M.S. constructed casing. The complete gear assembly runs on anti-friction bearings. The gearbox uses integrated and robust one-piece pinions. Following fabrication, the gearbox housings are stress relieved. The gearbox bearing diameters are machined on a horizontal boring machine to assure accuracy. All gears and pinions are toughened to withstand strong loads for the duration of their life, depending on the type of application. A provision is made for filling the lubricating oil with a level indication.

Engineering & Manufacturing Capabilities

We have our own Software company Meeka Software Pvt Ltd from the help of sister concern company we have made all department integrated ERP software system with the use of that we can track down supplied parts with our equipments. can track down past order and inquiry, and it is to maintain inventory to reduce delivery time.

MEEKA is using CO2 MIG welding machines for different joints for cranes and it parts, we have automated welding machine to weld box girder simultaneously.

During the manufacturing cycle we perform under mentioned inspection & tests on equipments & parts.

Universal testing machine. all the incoming steel is tested for its mechanical properties against specified standards.
Ultra sonic testing. all the round bars, plates are checked for internal cracks.
X-Ray for main box girder welding joints.
Material construction test
Hardness test for checking hardness of the material after heat treatment process.
High Voltage test for checking electrical panels.
Load testing facility for final product, all the equipments are 100% tested as per the Indian and international standards. We have dead loads up to 150t.
